Third-party laser interferometer test data: Scanner35-z.Ultra achieved reciprocating closed-loop motion (3 μm step, 30 μm travel range) with maximum repeat positioning deviation within ±5 nm and RMS < 5 nm.

Archimedes Cryogenic Series Controller is exclusively compatible with Multifield cryogenic closed-loop nanopositioning stages1 . As an integral component of the system, its technical parameters have been fully integrated into the nanopositioning stage and will not be displayed separately.
